It took some intuitive vision and much planning to invision the conversion of a three storey four vintage former bank into a university lecture hall and offices facility in the heart of downtown Brantford.

Under a Construction Management contract Vicano Construction Limited recently completed this two storey community care centre on behalf of Kerr Street Ministries of Oakville.
This facility includes a gymnasium, terrace, youth and adult program rooms, food bank, music studios, chapel, computer lab, commercial kitchen and dining room for the meal drop in program.
Kerr Street Ministries (KSM) helps and gives hope to Oakville's most vulnerable citizens.
