Acting as Construction Manager, Vicano has been awarded this project which is designed to serve as the hub for all of Kerr Street Ministries' programs and services offered to those in need in Oakville's Kerr Community.
Vicano Construction teamed up with the TDL Group Corp. to construct a 67,000 sq.ft. coffee production facility, and a 9,000 sq.ft., 2-storey office, located in the Tradewinds Industrial Park, in Ancaster, ON.
This 'design/build' multi-tenant commercial plaza which was completed in December 2008, houses eight (8) separate commerical units and is located in the rapidly growing West end of Brantford.
