Crews are busy at the historic downtown Brantford site transforming and restoring the Original Expositor Building (1895) into student residences and ground floor commercial space.
"City councillors are gushing with praise for an $11-million proposal by local firm Vicano Construction Ltd. to remake the 116-year-old Expositor Building into a student residence and commercial development while enhancing its heritage value."
Community Resource Service, a community based employment services company approached Vicano Construction Limited in January to bid on a design/build tender interior office project, their 2nd office in Brantford which is located at 230 Shellard Lane Assumption Plaza.
