Wellington Place Student Residence

These two century homes were purchased and completely renovated into student residences for Wilfrid Laurier University Students. Home to lawyers offices for many years previous, the conversion to a modern student residence involved all three floors of each house to be entirely gutted and reconstructed. New third floor roof sections were built to create full upper apartments of this now highly sought after residence amoung students.
