The owner's of Incom Manufacturing came to Vicano in early 2006 looking to expand their warehouse and refresh the outdated look of their existing office building. The use of a stucco exterior facade with tinted glazed window units refreshed the look of the building and along with a new brushed aluminum colour Aluminum Composite feature wall entrance gave the building a modern look that the owner's were looking for. After stick handling through the siteplan approval process the project was completed in December 2006 to the owner's satisfaction.
