Methapharm Inc. & ACIC Consolidate Offices

The official ground breaking ceremony for a new 19,342 Sq. Ft. office/warehouse facility for Methapharm Inc. and ACIC took place on February 19th, 2003. Methapharm employees, Vicano Construction employees, city councilors, and other community members joined with, Luciano Calenti (President & CEO, Methapharm Inc.), Andrew Gall (Executive Vice President, Methapharm Inc.) and Peter Vicano (President, Vicano Construction Limited), for a walk around of the future building site and the official ground breaking ceremony.
Methapharm Inc. is a Brantford based pharmaceutical company specializing in pharmaceuticals and devices for the diagnosis of asthma and related allergies. The company is several of their offices into one state of the art facility located on Sinclair Blvd. Their head office and distribution will be housed at the new location facing highway 403, allowing for future expansion possibilities, quick access to the highway, and great exposure to traffic traveling through the city.

Vicano Construction Limited was awarded the Design Build contract for the building in which construction has recently commenced. The facility will be 3 stories including basement, and warehouse area. Top of the line materials will be used to construct the building, making it a very aesthetically pleasing site to see from the highway. Completion of the project is expected for the fall of 2004
