This 20,000 square foot pre-engineered steel building won a Steelway Design Merit Award The building combined 5,000 square feet of office and showroom space with 15,000 square feet of manufacturing plant space. The office and showroom areas were designed to be very upscale with exposed granite aggregate panels and reflective blue tinted glass.
This building addressed all of the owner's needs by providing a very functional manufacturing plant designed with efficiency in mind while also providing an upscale office and showroom.
