EnRack Systems Inc. needed a 100,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant with 6,000 sq. ft. designated as office area. The manufacturing area had demanding requirements as craneways for two 15 ton cranes were required. The floor slab needed to be upgraded with reinforcer and hardener to carry the additional weight demands.

The plant also needed eight shipping docks and three receiving docks. This was a challenging project due not only to the complex equipment needed in the plant but also the need for the design to carefully include the 11 shipping and receiving docks so that traffic flow and production requirements were efficiently laid out to maximize the plant's potential.
Due to the unexpected speed of the company's success, a 110,000 square foot expansion was needed. The pre-engineered steel building was designed to handle additional demands for storage and distribution. It ensures that there is efficient flow of production activities and materials. The entire project was designed and finished within 7 weeks to accommodate the client's critical need for additional space while accommodating the existing day-to-day activities of the company.
