Wal-Mart Simcoe Complete!

Vicano Construction Limited is proud to announce the completion of the new Wal-Mart store in Simcoe, ON. The project was constructed in 4 months from start to “turn-over” to the complete satisfaction of Wal-Mart Canada.
The project consisted of an 111,000 Sq. Ft. store typical to today's Wal-Mart standards, with 5 in-store specialty tenant's including a McDonald's restaurant, a one hr photo lab, portrait studio, vision centre and a pharmacy.
A grand opening was held on January 23, 2008 which saw customers lined up before 6:00 a.m. in anticipation of being some of the first through its doors.
