NEW TIM HORTONS HEAD OFFICE

Vicano Construction Limited's reputation for quality and excellence played a big factor in this unique project.

In late 2006, The TDL Group Corp. aproached Vicano Construction Limited with big idea's of converting their existing Vicano built warehouse in Oakville, Ontario into a state of the art office facility.

Under a Construction Management contract, design soon got under way.

Construction begin in early 2007 and involved a large amount of demolitions and removals.

The design for the new facility included the removal of (2) exterior walls and replacing with curtain wall construction, 40,000 sq. ft. of finished office areas and 52,000 sq. ft. of new warehouse areas for the ever growing company.
