Dufferin House Condominium

18 condominium units

Vicano Construction developed and built this 18 unit condominium project on Dufferin Avenue. It is a single family detached condominium project. It involved working to have the area rezoned and obtaining all the necessary permits. Almost 95% of the 18 condominiums were sold at the beginning of the project. Unique "in-fill" project in a traditional/residential heritage district of Brantford created a "gated" community. The uniquely designed one floor condo units all feature two car garages, rear yards, options of second level "guest quarters" lofts, and optional finished basements.
