Vicano Construction Limited's reputation for quality and excellence played a big factor in this unique project.
In late 2006, the TDL group aproached Vicano Construction Limited with big idea's of converting their existing Vicano built warehouse into a state of the art office facility.
Under a Construction Management contract, design soon got under way.
Construction begin in early 2007 and involved a large amount of demolitions and removals.
The design for the new facility includes removing (2) exterior walls and replacing with curtain wall construction, and new interior partitioning with many offices for the ever growing company.
