Waterloo SmartCentres Opening Soon!

SmartCentres newest commercial plaza in north Waterloo is nearing completion with tenants’ opening to the public in the spring.
Vicano Construction completed the two buildings (22,000 sq.ft. / 5,350 sq.ft. ) on a design-build basis during the winter months without delay.
The site will feature a new look for Mark’s Work Wearhouse, highlighted by a feature tower at the front entrance constructed of aluminum composite panels.
Other tenants include: Dollarama, Arby’s Restaurant and First Choice Haircutters.
Look for grand opening dates in late spring!
