This multi-tenant industrial building was built with an attractive stucco and stone front facade and was built on time and on budget resulting in a similar building contract for Vicano Construction Limited in Hamilton in 2007.

These two century homes were purchased and completely renovated into student residences for Wilfrid Laurier University Students. Home to lawyers offices for many years previous, the conversion to a modern student residence involved all three floors of each house to be entirely gutted and reconstructed.

This new facility is located on the corner of Hardy Road and Oak Park Road in Brantford’s Northwest Business Park.

Old downtown theatre is reborn as Laurier-Mohawk lecture halls. Originally built in 1957 the old theatre sat vacant since 1998 - 2004.
