The Canadian National Railway contacted Vicano Construction to prepare a design/build proposal to construct a new 3,000 sq ft. yard administrative building at the Brantford train station.

New construction of a 5,826 sq.ft. shell building for use by CIBC bank. The building is located at the Mohawk Plaza mall on Upper James Street, Hamilton.

New construction of a 5,013 sq.ft. shell building for use by The Beer Store, located at the Mohawk Plaza on Upper James Street, Hamilton.

The Tim Horton Memorial Camp is the Foundation's first camp, it was established in 1975 and is located just outside of Parry Sound.

This particular tenant 'fit up' was right up Vicano's alley.
