This 47,000 sq.ft. pre-engineered steel building was completed to the special requirements of the owner. The 74'-0" high warehousing/manufacturing area, along with the stucco faced office make this building one of a kind.

To meet the demands of their expanding distribution facility, Adidas TalorMade, required a 105,000 sq.ft. warehouse expansion with a two story office to be attached to their existing building.

This 33,600 sq.ft. manufacturing/warehousing facility was completed in a five month period. The property extends from the corner of Middleton St.

This 10,000 sq.ft. commercial office/manufacturing building was designed with a curved exterior granex panel entrance and blue reflective glass units to add to its modern feel.  The extensive electrical and mechanical requirements in conjunction with its interior office requirements make it a state of the art office environment.
